All-Tex Seed is pleased to announce the 2012 Drought Relief program for cotton grown
in West Texas, East Texas New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Kansas (seed drop zone D, E) for
the 2011 growing season.
This offer will support a grower's decision to plant high quality All-Tex Seed cotton seed
containing advanced technologies that help achieve the best yields possible. The All-Tex
Seed program will also aid in reducing financial risk from crop loss due to drought when
choosing the following products.
* All-Tex B2RF, RF varieties*
All-Tex Seed Dryland Drought Relief Program for Seed Drop Zone E and D
To Qualify:
In the event of a dryland drought, a grower whose cotton crop is lost or yields less than
150 lbs. of lint per acre will qualify if due to drought.
Grower Refund:
50% of suggested retail price will be refunded for All-Tex B2RF and RF cottons.
The Dryland Drought Relief Program applies only to crop losses and/or specified
yield reductions incurred due to drought. Losses or yield reductions due to other
conditions or perils such as diseases, pests, hail, wind, high wind etc, are not
eligible for this offer.
A claim must include Federal Crop Insurance documentation, which verifies drought as
the reason for the claimed acres yielding less than 150 pounds of lint/planted acre.

Claim forms may be downloaded from All-Tex's website.
Claims must be submitted to All-Tex Seed no later than January 15, 2013.
Program will be discontinued thereafter.
A potential claim must includes FSA 576, Insurance production work sheet,
Purchase invoices; (No Insurance or harvested) must provide FSA form 503.
